The EPE foaming sheet(film) after laminated is much shiny on surface and with increased strength due to there is more than a layer of thin , transparent plastic film, it can be moistureproof, waterproof and with nice surface smooth. It can be printed words and pattern, which is improved the product class, expanded its application area, increase the service life of epe.

Application

At the meantime, the plastic film has the protective effect in antifouling, waterproof, wear-resisting, fold-resistant, anti-corrosion. Which is widely used in the packing of many kinds of products, such as the bag’s interlining, life jacket, wood floor gasket, car shading, household appliances, precise instrument, high-quality porcelain wares, etc.

EPE foaming machine mainly used the production of EPE sheet material, after thawing the LDPE resin mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agents and other agents through the extruder and foaming from the die and die lip, then after setting ring fixed to the sheet size, the final product take-up by the roller.
