2、 Lubrication and component maintenance

In low temperature environments, the viscosity of lubricating oil increases, which can easily lead to poor operation of mechanical components. It is recommended to use winter specific lubricating oil and regularly apply lubricant to moving parts such as gears and chains to reduce friction losses. In addition, check whether the screws and joints are loose and tighten them in a timely manner to ensure the stability of the equipment structure. For vulnerable parts such as seals and O-rings, they need to be replaced according to the plan to prevent material leakage or seal failure.

3、 Electrical System and Safety Protection

Winter humidity changes may affect electrical components, and regular checks of circuit connections and sensor functionality are necessary to avoid moisture induced short circuits. When the device is not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power and remove the battery, and store it in a dry and ventilated place. During operation, it is essential to perform maintenance while the device is turned off to prevent accidental start-up and ensure personnel safety.

4、 Long term suspension management

If the equipment is out of service for more than a week, start it once a week and run it for 5-10 minutes to allow the raw materials to circulate and prevent the system from solidifying. Before discontinuation, thoroughly clean the black material system and use specialized solvents (such as DOP) to maintain the interior, in preparation for resuming work.
